This is mainly because Indian Software Industry has always been stuck with legacy technology, and it gives me pleasure when I hear that Indians are breaking boundary and trying out new stuff.

This website also provides XML API for this. This API can be accessed found at : IP Location API. However, for this particular project a needed some javascript API. [...]
